Designing for Families, Not Just Children

When designing Kool, we prioritized the child's experience and safety. Our one-tap 'tell my parent' feature allows children to easily communicate with their guardians. We also implemented guardian approval on the send path, to ensure that children are not sharing content without their guardian's knowledge. Our help center is available in eleven languages, to support families from diverse backgrounds. We believe that safety and honesty go hand-in-hand, and we're committed to showing our mechanisms, not just making promises. Kool does not use engineered urgency or borrowed scarcity to engage users.
