  • Meetings have a label colourMake a meeting and pick a colour on the sheet; it shows on the card in the list and on the meeting page.
  • The meetings list scrolls from anywhereStart a scroll with your finger on a card, or hold a card for a moment and then drag: the list should scroll.
  • Calls: a call you placed is never a "missed" callCall someone who does not pick up, then open Calls. Your row must show the outgoing arrow in the normal colour, not the red missed glyph, the missed row belongs to the person you called.

  • The third tab on your profile now follows your shopYour profile's third tab used to appear because you were paying.

  • Sellers: the finance screen was lying about refundsSeller console › Finance. When you refunded an order, the screen subtracted the WHOLE platform fee even though Kool gives its cut back in proportion to what you refunded.

  • Social › Categories closes with the X button nowSwiping down at the top of a category used to close the whole screen, which is also exactly how you scroll back up, so the screen shut when you meant to scroll.
  • Settings, a screen you could get stuck onSettings › Messages › Auto-translate. Without Kool+, that page disabled itself, and it disabled its own back button with it.
  • Settings, switches that stopped rewriting themselvesSeveral settings are stored on your account, so the screen drew a safe default and then corrected itself when the server answered, which looked like the app turning a setting on in front of you.

  • The like count is a doorAnywhere a heart carries a number, tap the number: it opens the list of who liked it.

  • A big upload no longer dies with the appUploads used to run only while Kool was on screen, in one enormous request.

  • Calls that end cleanlyEnding a call during setup could show "Couldn't start the call." for a call you had just chosen to end yourself.

Video calls that hold steady, your own email address, and reactions redrawn

  • Video calls, the flickering and freezingThe other person's picture used to flicker back and forth and sometimes freeze, their face swapped for their avatar and back, over and over, for the whole call.
  • Reactions you make with your hands, during a callHold a thumbs-up toward the camera for about a second. Thumbs down, a peace sign and a two-handed heart work the same way.
  • Kool Mail, you have an email address nowSettings → Kool Mail. Send something to yourusername@k00l.

  • ChatsThe conversation screen was rebuilt around the content: the thread runs the full height of the screen and slides behind the header and the composer.

Calls that end cleanly, eleven reactions, and a wallpaper for every chat

  • CallsHang up and watch what happens. The app used to freeze for a beat or two at the end of a call, long enough that iOS sometimes killed it outright.
  • MessagesEleven reactions instead of six, four to a row, all on the same Apple-style shape.
  • Worth knowingAnything that looks wrong visually is worth a screenshot, several fixes in this build came from exactly that, and one of them was solved from six frames of a single transition.

Meetings: who is speaking, who is muted, and the app in a floating window

  • You can see who is talkingWhile somebody speaks, their card is outlined in the accent colour and moves to the top of everyone's grid, so the same person is highlighted and first on every phone in the room.
  • The wave says whether a microphone is liveEach card's name badge now carries a voice wave that moves with that person's own voice, yours and everyone else's.
  • Turning your camera off actually turns it offTurn your camera off mid-meeting: the others should lose your picture at once, and the green camera dot on your own phone should go out.
  • Leave the app during a meetingSwipe home or open another app while in a meeting. iOS floats a small window with the meeting in it, it used to be black.
  • Leaving a meetingThe "Meeting still going. Rejoin?" screen should draw as one clean screen.

Your Link Profile: film posters, videos that play in the app, and drag to reorder

  • Video cards now say where they playEditing a video card gives you a "Where it plays" row, YouTube, Vimeo, IMDb or None.
  • Film posters are drawn as postersGive an IMDb card a poster image and the card turns tall and shows you the whole cover, title, billing block, all of it.
  • Drag to reorder, swipe to deleteSections move by the grip handle, the three lines beside the name.
  • A video background actually playsIf your page's background is a video rather than a photo, it now plays and loops instead of sitting on a still frame.

Locations on posts, replying to a call without answering, and a lot of purple gone

Calls that ring, and a bar that's Apple's

  • CallsMissed calls now exist. A call nobody answered used to leave no trace at all: no notification, no entry in the Calls tab, nothing.
  • Screen sharingYou can start a screen share from the chat. The Share screen button in the attachment tray places the call and begins sharing in one move.
  • The bottom bar is Apple's nowThe tab bar is the system's own Liquid Glass, the selection flows between tabs the way iOS 26 does everywhere else.
  • SocialThe header stays put when you scroll. Search, Live, Clips, Categories, Profile, For you and Following used to slide away with the bottom bar, so switching feeds meant scrolling back up to reach the control that…
  • GamesThe host presses Start. A match no longer begins the moment the second person connects, and both players see the same round at the same time.
  • FamilyA child cannot cut off their guardian. Under 16, a managed account cannot delete the conversation with a guardian, block them, unfollow them, or hide their posts from them.
  • ChatNobody transcribes you without permission. Live Captions now asks; the setting is off until you turn it on.

Sealed messages, properly this time

  • Sealed messages have been rebuilt around what they were always meant to beThis is the build to test hardest, and it is worth reading this bit before you start.
  • The code you were emailed buys ONE readingClose the message and it locks itself again. To read it a second time you ask the sender, they say yes or no, and only a yes sends a fresh code.
  • Sealed messages do not disappearThey sit in a history with the date, the time, how many times they have been opened and when last.
  • A sealed message now stays sealed everywhereIt could previously be reached through the chat's photo gallery, through search, by forwarding it, and through the profile timeline once it had been read a single time.
  • Head-to-head games should now workScores were not being counted at all, so every match ended nil-nil and no interference button was ever earned.
  • Clip captions land where you put themA caption dragged near the edge of a clip used to burn in somewhere else entirely, and the caption styles looked different in the finished video than in the picker.
  • Counts read correctly in every languagemembers, viewers, replies, guests and the rest. Several were only ever right in English.
  • Deleting your own post from Explorenow removes it from the grid instead of leaving the tile behind.

The crash is fixed, and chat behaves itself

  • Opening a chat that held a video could crash the appThat is fixed. If you have been unable to open a group or a thread at all, this is the build, please try the one that was crashing first.
  • Chat scrolling stays where you put itScrolling up to read no longer drags you back down when a message arrives; the jump-to-latest button is there when you want to return.
  • Swipe to reply never opens the thing you swipedA photo, a video, a PDF, a shared post or clip, swiping right replies to it instead of opening it.
  • Pictures, videos and documents open with the proper zoomgrowing out of the bubble and draggable away, instead of fading in.
  • A video someone tagged you in shows its cover and plays with sound
  • Subtitles on clips actually appearAdd them in the clip composer and they burn into the video, and you can now DRAG them anywhere on the picture before you post, so they need not sit at the bottom.
  • Play a game with someone, in the same sessionSend an invitation from a chat and you both play the SAME game at the same time, the quizzes, plus Three in a Row and Four in a Row.
  • Going live now offers every category, including ones people added themselves, and there is a Yes/No "Interested?" under posts and clips that teaches your For You feed.
  • What to tryopen the chat that used to crash. Scroll up in a busy thread while someone messages you, you should stay put.

Voice messages you can record hands-free

  • Hold the mic, slide UP, and the recording locksTake your finger off the screen and it keeps going, the same gesture WhatsApp uses.
  • Releasing the mic now sends straight awayIt used to hand you the take to listen back to first, which meant every voice message cost an extra tap.
  • What to tryrecord a normal held message and let go, it should send immediately.

Hotfix: conversations with a video would not open

  • Fixes a crash introduced in 1641/1643Opening a conversation that contained a video message could kill the app outright, the whole thread, not just the video, so it read as "it won't let me open the group".

  • The app iconKool wears its new mark. Notification banners use the app icon itself, so this is also what a push from Kool now looks like.
  • MessagesOpening a conversation no longer jumps. The thread used to appear part-way up its own history for four or five frames and then snap to the last message, while the screen was still sliding in.

  • Social, SearchThe category grid is now a masonry layout: two columns of different heights that stagger, instead of a uniform grid.

  • CallsUnchanged since the last build you have, which is many builds ago: the "one side cannot hear" fault was found and fixed, and roughly twenty calls ran clean afterwards.

Calls that stay connected, categories that fill up, eleven languages
